General
- All prices are in AED.
- Refunds (when eligible) are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on your bank/issuer.
Class bookings
- Public classes: You may cancel up to 4 hours]before class start in your account. Inside 4 hours, the session is considered late-cancel/no-show and the credit will be deducted.
- Private sessions: Require are not cancelable via the website you need to contact us
Packages
- Start & expiry: Your package activates on successful card charge (Stripe), unless otherwise stated. Expiry is shown in your account.
- Non-transferable: Packages and credits are for the named account holder only and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Intro/Promotional packages: Often non-refundable and limited to one per customer (as marked on the package page).
Refunds
- Duplicate purchase or accidental multiple charges.
- System error causing a failed booking where a credit was deducted.
- Medical reasons preventing participation for the remainder of a package (doctor’s note required). We may offer a pro-rated refund or extension at our discretion.
Stripe card payments
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. 3D Secure authentication may be required.
- If a refund is approved, we initiate it in Stripe; your bank/issuer controls the posting timeline.
