What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a spring-resistance machine called the Reformer. It builds strength, flexibility, posture.
What should I wear to class?
Choose fitted, comfortable workout wear. Avoid zippers or loose clothing that may get caught on the equipment. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene
Why women-only?
Because Vera is more than fitness — it’s a sanctuary. We created a private, women-only space where you can focus, recharge, and feel truly comfortable in your own body.
Prior Pilates experience Needed?
No experience is required. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our instructors will adapt movements and resistance to match your fitness level and comfort.
How can I book a class?
